Detroit DD16 EPA07 (2007-09) Fault Code: SPN 3512 FMI 3 (MCM) 3V Sensor Supply Bank 1 Circuit Failed High

NOTE: This fault indicates that the motor control module (MCM) detects a short to power (voltage greater than 3.2. on any of the MCM pins).

PROBABLE CAUSES:
Short to power on one of the following from the main 120-pin ECM connector:
1. Pin 55 - Fuel temp sensor, engine coolant temp sensor.
2. Pin 77 - Fuel temp sensor.
3. Pin 102 - Charge air cooler outlet pressure sensor.
4. Pin 108 - Engine oil temperature/pressure sensor.
5. Pin 110 - Engine coolant temperature sensor.
