Injector amplifier control valve cylinder 1, 2, 3 shorted to battery.

MONITORED PARAMETER:
Injector amplifier control valve cylinder 1, 2, 3.

TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS:
Fis_nop_act is greater than 1.85.

MONITOR SEQUENCE:
None

EXECUTION FREQUENCY:
Continuous when enabling conditions met.

TYPICAL DURATION:
Two seconds

DASH LAMPS:
1. MIL
2. CEL

ENGINE REACTION:
Derate 25%

VERIFICATION:
Engine rpm 1400 - 1500: One minute.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Short to power between pin 2 of the front fuel injector harness 14-pin connector and pin 4 of the 120-pin ECM connection.
2. Short to power between pin 4 of the front fuel injector harness 14-pin connector and pin 4 of the 120-pin ECM connection.
3. Short to power between pin 22 of the front fuel injector harness 14-pin connector and pin 6 of the 120-pin ECM connection.
