ENGINE REACTION:
40% derate, limited to 55 mph.

VERIFICATION:
1. Parked SCR efficiency test for extended SCR faults.
2. High idle regeneration for DPF and NOx faults

NOTE: If code 3364-xx present, fix that first.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Check all DEF supply lines for damage or leaks.
2. DEF tank is contaminated with gas, diesel, water, etc…
3. SCR outlet and/or inlet temperature sensor.
4. SCR outlet and/or inlet temperature sensor connector/harness.
