Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Buses launches TruckCionar Futuro for youth

Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Buses has officially launched a new edition of TruckCionar Futuro, a training program designed to equip young individuals with the skills needed for a successful career in the automotive industry. With an impressive job placement rate of 68% for graduates from 2023 and 2024, this initiative stands as a beacon of social impact in the sector, combining education, employability, and a comprehensive federal perspective.

This iteration of TruckCionar Futuro has welcomed 17 new participants—14 men and 3 women—selected from over 670 applicants from various provinces across the country. These promising young individuals hail from regions such as Salta, Jujuy, Bahía Blanca, and Aldo Bonzi, and will engage in a comprehensive training program that covers technical content, soft skills, sustainability, human resources, and vocational guidance.

Training Modalities and Structure

The training takes place in a semi-presential format across three official dealerships: Rolcar in Salta and Jujuy, Bari in Bahía Blanca, and Cigliutti Guerini in Aldo Bonzi. Here, participants will benefit from the mentorship of tutors and technical experts from the industry.

The program is set to run until December 2026, during which students will receive specialized training in:

• Mechanics
• Engines
• Electrical systems
• Sales and after-sales

This training is delivered by specialists from the brand and certified volunteers, including members of the Truck Training team, who hold international accreditation from Daimler Truck AG. Additionally, the curriculum features workshops on leadership, self-awareness, and teamwork, coordinated by the Pescar Foundation, to provide a holistic view of the roles young people can play in the transportation industry.

Since its inception, TruckCionar Futuro has successfully involved 27 volunteers from Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Buses, 11 dealerships, and more than 40 graduates, many of whom are currently employed in the industry.
