Conditions for diagnostic trouble code (DTC):
1) Short circuit to ground on A14.EB:29
2) Short circuit to ground on A127.A:51

Observable symptoms
1) Starter motor does not become activated
2) Engine does not start

Probable cause
1) Wire between Engine Control Module (ECM) and starter motor relay
2) Starter motor relay (K65)
