DETECTION CONDITIONS:
The engine control unit (E-ECU) registers:
1. Accelerator pedal not applied.
2. That the voltage is above 0.75xUbat. (EB15)

SYMPTOM:
Limp home mode not functioning.

POSSIBLE CAUSES:
1. Short circuit to battery voltage between E-ECU and V-ECU.
2. Accelerator pedal defective.
